This single-story, 2,700 sq. ft. cabin is the perfect place for relaxing on the deck, enjoying the beauty of nature. For the ultimate relaxation, soak in the bubbly hot tub on the back deck with your morning coffee, or gaze at the Oklahoma starry night skies. Lazy Canoe is located in the Timber Creek Trails South development. It is  walking distance to the popular Mountain Fork Brewery & Restaurant, Shuck Me, and Hochatown Distilling Company ... and a very short drive to Broken Bow Lake and Beavers Bend State Park.
The great room features a soaring 20-foot cathedral ceiling that showcases a wooden canoe chandelier, a gorgeous stone gas log fireplace, and a 60-inch Samsung Smart TV. Lazy Canoe is full of unique décor and design surprises while maintaining a rustic, yet warm and inviting ambiance! The open floor plan features a great room flowing into the dining space, featuring a custom-made Modern Industrial Trestle Table and Turnbuckle bench. This one-of-a-kind dining table seats 10 and the adjacent granite island bar seats 4.
The spacious, gourmet kitchen, with under cabinet lighting, is equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and every modern cooking tool for your chef ... from a Ninja blender and wine glasses for the adults, to a waffle maker and kid-friendly dinnerware for the kids.
The spacious main floor game room opens to the covered back deck and has a full-size pool table, a 50-inch Samsung Smart TV and built-in XL twin daybeds with trundles for daytime seating and nighttime sleeping. The room is furnished with board games, cards, poker chips, puzzles, and movies, as well as fun décor such as antique paddles, wooden water skis, an antler chandelier and more!
The 4 bedrooms have luxurious bedding and quality mattresses, each with unique high-end furnishings and stylish décor. Three of the four bedrooms have king size beds and the fourth bedroom has an XL twin-over-queen bunk, with trundle (to sleep four). Two of the king bedrooms have an en-suite bath, and the third and fourth bedrooms share a bath.
You will feel like you are in a treehouse while lounging on the 1,500 sq. ft. covered deck. The large vaulted porch allows for beautiful views of the towering pines and provides a great place for family and friends to lounge while watching for wildlife in the wooded back yard. The porch is complete with a 43-inch Samsung LED Smart TV, 6-person hot tub, gas grill, and plenty of seating for friends and family. The fire pit area is surrounded by log benches and Adirondack chairs, the perfect spot to enjoy s'mores. Bring your "A" Game to try out the horseshoe pit or just hang out at the fire pit. The circular drive provides easy parking for your big toys, boats, and ATVs.
Even your family dog will feel welcome, with their own food & water bowl set, a 42" wire, metal dog crate, a 39" x 28" doggy bed and toys!
